What a month this has been. Jacob is getting bigger and more handsome every day. I wanted to post a few quick shots taken of him recently.

First, a picture taken last weekend, we decided to feed him outside to enjoy one of the first real spring days:



We've been spending alot of time helping Jacob learn to walk - he is pulling himself up on things, taking great pride in standing upright. Its only a matter of time before he starts walking all by himself. As the weather has started getting nicer, we have been going down to the beach more often. Here's a picture of Jacob wearing his mommy's sunglasses:



Jacob is eating solid food more often and is really starting to get the hang of eating with his fingers. Here's a quick video of Jacob being silly, eating some peas and carrots, and talking up a storm:



Finally, today, March 31st 2009 will be a day I long remember, for a number of reasons. Tonight while on the phone, Jacob crawled across the floor for the first time. Jessica and I has assumed that he would skip straight to walking, but today he decided that he wanted to crawl first. I immediately ran downstairs to grab the camera and recorded the following movie of him crawling for the phone:
